वेब checkout से की गई purchases Creem द्वारा हमारे official seller के रूप में process की जाती हैं. Creem आपके bank statement में दिख सकता है और tax, invoices, subscription management और eligible refunds में मदद कर सकता है.

आप billing portal से Pro Monthly या Pro Yearly subscription cancel कर सकते हैं. Cancellation future renewals रोकता है, लेकिन refund या legal requirement से status न बदले तो access current paid period के अंत तक active रहता है.

अगर आपको लगता है कि web purchase गलती से हुई, duplicate थी या expected तरीके से काम नहीं कर रही थी, तो purchase के 14 दिनों के अंदर संपर्क करें. हम requests case by case review करते हैं और लागू consumer protection laws का पालन करते हैं.

Oriveo Pro एक software subscription है. इसमें AI/API usage fees, model credits या OpenAI, Anthropic, Google या अन्य model providers की subscriptions शामिल नहीं हैं. ये charges provider अलग से bill करता है और Oriveo उन्हें refund नहीं कर सकता.

[email protected] पर checkout में इस्तेमाल email, उपलब्ध हो तो Creem order या transaction ID, और छोटा reason भेजें. जब refund process Creem को पूरा करना हो, तो हम आपको Creem की ओर भेज सकते हैं.
