Oriveo Free से Oriveo के माध्यम से रिले किए गए सीमित मुफ्त quota में समर्थित मॉडल आज़माएँ। BYOK का अर्थ है अपनी provider API Key लाकर provider को सीधे भुगतान करना। Pro और Lifetime Oriveo software entitlements हैं, जिनसे cloud sync, Usage Insights, budget tools और बड़े organization limits जैसे फीचर मिलते हैं।

नहीं। Pro और Lifetime Oriveo software plans हैं; इनमें third-party AI/API शुल्क, model credits, ChatGPT Plus, Claude Pro, Gemini Advanced या Relay bills शामिल नहीं हैं। मॉडल usage की अंतिम billing provider या Relay ही करता है।

नहीं। Guest mode में local chat और provider setup चलती है। Cloud sync, subscription recovery, वास्तविक Usage Insights, device के बीच Skills साझा करना, backup या server-side account records हटाने के लिए sign in करें।

जिस purchase channel से भुगतान किया था, वहीं करें। Web purchase Oriveo के Creem billing portal से, iOS subscription Apple ID subscriptions से और Android subscription Google Play से manage होती है। Refund rules भी purchase channel पर निर्भर हैं, इसलिए सही रास्ते के लिए Refund Policy देखें।

Lifetime Oriveo features unlock करता है, लेकिन सक्रिय Apple, Google Play या Web subscription को अपने-आप cancel नहीं कर सकता। भविष्य के renewal रोकने के लिए मूल purchase channel में पुरानी subscription cancel करें।

डिफ़ॉल्ट रूप से Key आपके device या browser में local रहती है। कुछ Web BYOK, Relay या compatibility paths में Oriveo routing से चुना request पूरा करने के लिए Key भेजी जा सकती है। Oriveo provider keys को account records के रूप में save नहीं करता। Backup में Key तभी आती है जब आप उसे चुनकर password से export सुरक्षित करें।

Key फिर से paste करें और extra spaces, zero-width characters, full-width characters, expired या revoked key, missing billing, insufficient credits, model permissions और provider region endpoint जाँचें। अलग projects या workspaces होने पर सुनिश्चित करें कि Key को model access वाले project से बनाया गया है।

Provider को higher account tier, विशेष region, funded billing account या model access approval चाहिए हो सकता है। Model down, rate limited, renamed, removed या Relay upstream से blocked भी हो सकता है। दूसरा model आज़माएँ, provider metadata refresh करें और error को provider dashboard से मिलाएँ।

कुछ provider accounts और keys regional API endpoints से बंधे होते हैं। एक region में बनाई Key दूसरे region में validation या chat fail कर सकती है। Provider setup खोलें, matching endpoint या region चुनें और Key फिर test करें।

Base URL, API key, auth mode, Relay type, transport, model ID, Responses या Codex compatibility, Anthropic x-api-key settings, web_search tool names और upstream image generation support जाँचें। Failure अक्सर simulated chat path के fail होने का अर्थ है; जानबूझकर manual Relay configure करने पर save फिर भी संभव हो सकता है।

Attachment support selected model capability और provider attachment policy दोनों पर निर्भर है। Images, PDFs, text/code files और Office documents अलग तरह से handle होते हैं और size limits लागू रहती हैं। Button छिपा हो तो उस attachment type को support करने वाला model-provider combination चुनें।

ये switches तभी दिखते हैं जब selected model, provider और transport सभी support करें। Relay endpoints को compatible tool या protocol behavior भी देना होगा। Upstream tool fail हो तो transport बदलें, दूसरा model चुनें या unsupported feature बंद करें।

Shared service stable रखने के लिए Oriveo Free की quota सीमित है। जहाँ उपलब्ध हो, app remaining quota और reset time दिखाता है। Quota खत्म होने पर reset का इंतज़ार करें, अपनी provider key पर जाएँ या कोई दूसरा configured provider इस्तेमाल करें।

हर provider और model के input, output, reasoning, image और tool prices अलग हैं। Long context, attachments, Web Search, generated images और retries cost बदल सकते हैं। Usage Insights estimate में मदद करता है, लेकिन final source provider invoice है।

Enable करने पर cloud sync Firebase Firestore के जरिए conversations, messages, model outputs, उपलब्ध होने पर reasoning text, folders, Skills, Memory, preferences, usage metadata और attachment metadata sync कर सकता है। Cross-device access के लिए attachment files Firebase Cloud Storage पर upload हो सकती हैं। Sync के बिना local use चलता रहता है।

Export option के अनुसार backup में conversations, provider configuration, Skills, folders, preferences और attachments शामिल हो सकते हैं। API Keys default रूप से शामिल नहीं होतीं; केवल explicitly include चुनकर password set करने पर exported key data encrypted backup में जाता है।

New only केवल वे items जोड़ता है जो local में नहीं हैं। Merge backup और local data को मिलाकर matching records update करता है। Replace all restore से पहले local app data साफ करता है, इसलिए तभी उपयोग करें जब backup को मुख्य copy बनाना हो।

Account deletion Oriveo के नियंत्रण वाले server-side records हटाता है, जिनमें Privacy Policy के अनुसार subscription association, sync data और संबंधित service records शामिल हैं। Device का local data तब तक रह सकता है जब तक app data delete या app uninstall न करें।

Attachment file upload पूरा होने से पहले message metadata sync हो सकता है या storage quota भर सकता है। Original device online रखें, storage warnings देखें और बाद में फिर कोशिश करें। नया attachment upload न हो तब भी local chat usable है।

Skill reusable instruction set है, जिसमें optional starter prompts और behavior हो सकते हैं। Knowledge Base Skill में searchable files जोड़ता है ताकि AI हर बार सब पढ़ने के बजाय relevant passages retrieve करे।

Knowledge Base OpenAI Vector Store और retrieval infrastructure इस्तेमाल करता है। OpenRouter या केवल chat APIs की नकल करने वाला Relay file indexing के लिए पर्याप्त नहीं है। Official OpenAI key और supported endpoint इस्तेमाल करें और indexing पूरी होने दें।

Memory आपके चुने हुए reusable context को store करता है। Conversation में enabled होने पर relevant memory current model provider को भेजी जा सकती है। Passwords, private keys या identity documents Memory में न रखें। इसे प्रति conversation disable या settings में edit कर सकते हैं।

Usage Insights Oriveo metadata, token records और published model prices से अनुमान लगाता है। Relay और upstream provider invoices final source हैं, और Oriveo Free आपकी provider key से charge नहीं करता। Exact billing के लिए provider या Relay dashboard से मिलाएँ।

Demo mode वास्तविक usage पर्याप्त होने या entitlement active होने से पहले feature देखने देता है। Sign in करें, plan confirm करें और configured providers इस्तेमाल करते रहें ताकि real history बने।
